Family Planning
For advice on contraception including coil fitting, please make an appointment with the Practice Nurse during surgery hours or contact the Family Planning service on 01227 783120 for other times, drop-in clinics, etc. This clinic is now held at The Gate Clinic Kent and Canterbury Hospital.
Antenatal Care
Routine antenatal check-ups by our qualified midwives. Ask at reception for further information.
Run at Canterbury Birthing Centre.
Mother and Baby
Childhood Immunisations are given by our Practice Nurses. You will be invited to bring your child in but please feel free to ask at reception.
Vaccinations
Routine and travel vaccinations for all ages are available during surgery times by appointment with our nurses. We run a flu vaccination clinic in the Autumn.

Asthma
Regular check-ups and advice from practice nurses on management, inhaler techniques and medication.
Coronary Heart Disease
A clinic led by both nurses with GP support which aims to optimise quality of care through monitoring and advice on healthy lifestyle changes.
Appointments in all clinics
COPD
A nurse-led clinic using lung function tests (spirometry) to diagnose, treat and manage Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Support and advice given to encourage smoking cessation.
Diabetes
Led by both our nurses with Doctor support, this clinic monitors individuals to improve their long term health. Support and guidance is offered to all diabetics, Type 1 and Type 2, including the newly diagnosed.
Phlebotomist
These clinics are held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Counselling
Our doctors can refer you to our in-house counselling service.
Well Woman & Well Man
Checks are offered by our Practice Nurses. Please ask the receptionist to make an appointment.
Anticoagulation
These are held within the surgery on Monday Tuesday and Friday mornings. Other appointment times are also available on Wednesday and Thursday if above days are not convenient.
